I am a dedicated educator with a strong passion for helping students achieve academic success through engaging and student-centered learning. Although I have graduated from high school, I am currently continuing my education through an online Canadian school, which has broadened my academic perspective and strengthened my commitment to lifelong learning. I have also taken the Duolingo English Test (DET) to demonstrate my English language proficiency and my dedication to continuous academic development.
I am a member of the Junior Academy of Science at the New York Academy of Sciences, where I collaborate with students from around the world on research and innovation projects. This experience has strengthened my critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills while allowing me to contribute to global scientific initiatives.
Over the past few years, I have taught mathematics and English to students in virtual classrooms, primarily supporting Afghan learners. I design lesson plans, presentations, and interactive learning materials that make complex concepts easier to understand. My areas of expertise include mathematics, English grammar, academic writing, online teaching, exam preparation, and computer skills. I am proficient in using a wide range of digital tools, educational platforms, Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, presentation software, and other technologies that enhance online learning and classroom engagement.
My teaching methodology focuses on active learning and student participation. After explaining each lesson, I reinforce students' understanding through interactive online quizzes, practice activities, and regular exercises. I believe that consistent practice is the key to mastering new concepts, so I encourage students to apply what they have learned in a supportive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment.
One of my greatest achievements has been helping students improve their academic performance while inspiring them to become confident and independent learners. I am committed to continuous professional development and strive to make a meaningful impact through quality education, innovation, and lifelong learning.
